The service was great, she kept me up to date on my vehicle service. The only thing that did not happen is the tires were not rotated.
I always come back for them to take care of my vehicle. They’re friendly from the mechanics, to the sales reps. I was even given a free oil change without notice. Very satisfied

I’m very pleased with everything Erica Roe did for me while my truck was in the shop. She kept me updated frequently, answered any questions I had when they came up and helped me with getting a rental while my truck was out for service. Erica was great! If I end up having to go back I hope she’s able to help me again.
Oh my goodness! What a professional and efficient young man. He helped are this process of leaving my car for service and also a car rental seamless. His communication was impeccable and clear. He has attention to the customers needs and all the small details. I drove an hour to come to Akins. I definitely will continue amd will ask for Ashton.
The process for these repairs went much longer than they should have. 5 weeks (4 weeks actually in-shop).
Initial call for service needs made on Oct 27th. Told there wasn't a loaner (free rental) vehicle ready till Nov 7th. At that time I set up a service appointment (by date and time). Once I dropped off the vehicle, it was several days till they did the diagnostics, then told (Nov 11th) they'd need to get approval from Warranty.
Nov 13th, I was notified they needed current registration for warranty. (evidently they couldn't even process warranty till they received that).
Nov 19th notified warranty approved, now need to get parts.
Nov 28th (Fri) told QC had vehicle. Possibly ready Monday.
Dec 3rd (wed) Notified truck ready to pick up.
I does seem the work was done satisfactorily.
Kudos to Aikens for the "loaner" vehicle provided (this alone would make me look first at buying another vehicle there when we look).
I think there should be a requirement for current registration added to the need for Drivers license, proof of insurance etc at dropping off the vehicle.
I also think that if a vehicle is scheduled for a service date (especially if it's 3+ days out) it should be at the front of the line for diagnostics.
