Matthew was very prompt and courteous! While I was there he noticed a recall on my Escape and signed me up to get a call for service. I was contacted while waiting for my oil change. I’m set up for mobile, which also allows me to have my oil changed in my Expedition! I love Akins Ford!!!

This is the second time I made a appt for my jeep and the wait time has been stupidly long. A few months ago I took my jeep in for a simple oil change and waited 3 hours. Yesterday I waited 4-1/2. Don’t get me wrong you have great customer service and nice staff but waiting so long for my jeep when both times were scheduled is very discouraging to me
Ashley was very helpful and attentive. The service shop was quick to get me in, so I didn’t have to be without my car for an extended period of time. Yay Akins Service Department!

I cannot say enough about how good Ashley is with customer service. I brought my car in to have the brakes done and she kept me informed regularly as things progressed. She let me know when issues arose and explained it to me. I really appreciate how she worked with me to find times to get the extra work done. She continues to go above and beyond.
Rudy is always a pleasure to work with. Always answers my questions and advises me on the best way to keep up maintenance on my vehicle. Atkin is blessed to have an employee such as Rudy that was always serves exceptional customer service. A very rare quality in today’s world.
In and out so quickly that I almost did not have time to enjoy your complimentary Diet Coke. I had two concerns: low air pressure in tires and a squeak (sounding like something needed WD40.). Christian explained how the cold temperatures caused the air pressure issue and said he’d take care of it and he did. He checked suspension and found no issue. He advised if I continued to hear it to call service for another appointment and they’d check further. (It’s an off and on kind of thing.). Overall, very pleased.
Mike was great. Came over to greet me as soon as I pulled into the garage. Answered the questions I had and made sure I was happy when I picked up my car. Plan to use him as my service advisor whenever I bring my car in for service in the future.
He was very prompt with delivery and follow thru with the me.
