I appreciate the ability to make appointments online. The service tech was very attentive and quickly assessed my car. The repair (replace the battery) was done quickly and I was in my way.

I was very appreciative that Jerry Carroll even on his day off came and he was there as he promised. I was also very happy with Vanessa's above board service.
Unfortunately, Russell who usually does my oil changes was not there. I had originally booked it with him. It would have been nice to know that he had taken the day off and I would have rescheduled. I stood outside the back Bay and I noticed two separate people drove my car. A young fellow drove it into the bay after it had been in the back for over a half hour or more and I said oh are you done? He said no not yet and then Jerry came over and apparently they were just starting it but then the technician was somebody else.
I don't like people driving my car. My husband doesn't drive my car. I found stickiness on the The driver's door and also on the left panel where they would have been leaning in to check my oil and things of that nature. It was not wiped off. I was not happy about that. I had also asked them not to move the seat because I have a hard time with it. It was moved. I also asked them to take the tire mobility kit off. I mentioned that to Vanessa to tell to the technician it wasn't done. From now on I will be doing the mobile service.
The whole reason Jerry comes is because of my anxiety and health issues and I don't come so two separate people can drive my car. I'm very very appreciative of Jerry. He is amazing and he always takes care of me and makes me feel at ease. He waited until my whole appointment was done before he left to make sure that everything was fine with the car, which it should be. It's 5 years old. It was built brand new by Ford and I don't drive it very much. Most of the mileage was because I had a move from South Carolina to here and recently my husband had a surgery and coming so there's been a lot of trips. Otherwise there wouldn't be that many miles on the car.

They keep things moving around here and I will go back if you need to and Bobby was great. His communication skills were on point. And I appreciate him as well.

Erica coordinated everything for me to get my truck repaired. Texted and called me and I actually got her on the phone when I called back to verify it was my truck and not one of our service/fleet trucks. She is a great asset to Akins.

This is the second time in a row that I have dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire rotation and the tires have not been rotated. Before I dropped it off this time I marked each tire with a pain pen so I could verify if they were not rotated. They were in the same order that I drop it off at.
