The service itself was good. It always is. Polite, courteous but one issue I have, is every time I bring my truck in, I get a printout at the end of the service stating multiple leaks, or whatever it is they found but no one talks to me about it, and the form explains nothing. I don’t even know where to begin with trying to figure out what, and where to even fix it. Other than that, I will continue to come back for regular service.

I paid 2400 dollars for oil leak Still had oil leak charged amother 1000 Does not pass the SMELL test

First let me say - my service advisor Matt - was professional and kind. I was not happy that all the sudden I have 3 oil leaks? How? I brought the. Truck in November for oil change but no sign I a leak! I’m shocked! I am not disgruntled but I had to initiate calls to find out status of my vehicle Tuesday and Wednesday! Matt was not in the office on Wednesday. It took 2 days to replace my window. I had a coworker come in the same day for the same thing and was out within 3 hrs. Now I had another issue which increased my down time but my window should have been done on Tuesday. I rented a car - so I was trying to limit my days. I returned the car today Thursday. As I said I’m not disgruntled maybe more frustrated than anything else. Truck only has 57k and has 3 oil leaks? Multiple recalls already. You are welcome to call me.

Matt was great. However, the only issue has to do with scheduling for repairs. Two weeks was entirely too long. Try to revise the way to schedule repairs. Thanks.
