Matthew was the man, got my new LED headlights installed when Old Blue came in for the brake booster recall.The headlights were put to good use this weekend as I traveled the dark highways. Juan my driver has been awesome. The drop off team was incredible also. Excellent service all around.
My last two visits for service have been with Ashley W. She is very pleasant, remembered me and was very courteous. The service dept. was very busy, but I still felt valued by Ashley. I had an issue with my truck from a previous visit, And Jared the technician, fixed it. I had given up on getting the issue fixed. Ashley let me know the he fixed it for me. This is awesome. I am so glad that I was on the phone during my visit here, and I reassured the person that I was speaking with that this was one of the many reasons why I only do business with Akins. Top Tier service!! I think it’s safe to say that Akins will have a new customer visiting very soon. The service here speaks volumes. Thank you everyone for what you do there at Akins.

I always get treated like royalty with Akins Ford.
Took my 2023 Pacifica van in for scheduled appointment for air bag side curtains recall. Monday 2/2/26 was told it might be the next day before I could pick up. I hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday afternoon so I called and was told that it would be available for pickup Thursday morning. Van sat for 2 days before it was fixed.After I dropped off the van it was parked and not moved until Wednesday evening and then fixed and then parked again until I picked up Thursday morning. I know this because I reviewed my Dashcam footage. Invoice said labor time was 1.6 hours

He was very helpful and down to earth. Easy to talk about real world issues with the F-150 10R80 Transmission. He understood what I was saying and was able to get me the service I needed. Didn’t just give me some robot answers from a book. He seemed to have real life experience. Not a fan facial piercings but that’s a me problem. Lol. The work was actually cheaper than the original quote so that was an even better bonus to the entire experience
Mike was awesome!! He kept me informed and updated on everything. He is the best advisor I have ever had at Akins. I will definitely use him going forward.
The last time I was there they told me there were several things in my car I needed to address at my next oil change. One of which I was told would eventually leave me stranded on the side of the road. This tims they said my car was ok. I don’t know what to do with that information.
