My new Michelins are so wonderful (and your current sale is especially helpful to a retired pastor like me!) that I am driving my wife’s car down this coming Saturday morning to put four on her car (which she bought from Akins, though we live in South Carolina). My father owned a small tire company in Macon where I grew up, and we were the first Michelin dealer in the area. So, I admit to being eternally biased to the brand! Thank you for training your employees to favor the customer with their words and actions, from sales to service…it is, sadly, a rare phenomenon these days.

Vanessa Easley was great in checking me in, listened to me and troubleshooting the issue. She kept me up to date on the progress of the repair and making sure the problem was resolved before returning the van to me!
