Would enjoy speaking someone since the story is very long. The service was never even started and I had to pick up my truck after it sitting at the dealership for 4 days without any commitment from Jason as to when it would be diagnosed. Angi convinced me to bring it all the way to Winder instead of Fayetteville because she said how great the service was at Akins. I feel totally misled and very disappointed that a solution could not have been found. Again, I’m available to discuss in more detail and I suggested multiple options to Jason but he was unwilling to listen to my suggestions but I will say he was very nice and I totally understand the volume of trucks he deals with each day. I can’t imagine the stress but I also believe the issue could have had a simple solution.

I had been booked for 2 recalls on my suv (I was contacted by someone from ford to have BOTH OF THEM DONE) and that it was going to take 3 days. They called me at the end of the day (same day I brought my suv in) and told me my suv was done but that only 1 of the 2 was completed. When I asked why I was told it was because there were 150 other people in front of me and that it would probably be maybe 4 - 6 weeks, or more before they would be able to get to mine.
And also the paint on my roof is peeling off and no one will do anything about it. I was told I should have come in 2 years ago. And it is proven that there is a defect with the paint.
Brandon did a great job and communicated well.

Wesley Gentry was very kind and wanted to help fix the problem. He offered me a rental car which I was not aware was available. Still working great so far!

I called and left Mr Reece a message regarding my rim at 1:45pm about 5 min after leaving Akins. I called service department around 2:45pm as I was making my way to rick hendricks. The service lady was very kind as i explained what I needed. I wanted to order the rim today so I can get installed tomorrow if possible. Service lady reached out to Mr Reece who was returning from lunch and guaranteed that he would call me as soon as he settled in. I stressed I was going to stop my trip and wait for his call. ( I only take and buy my vehicles at Akins) About 4:15 I call the service department again and spoke to young lady sharing my frustration. She really tried to help me but I needed to get help from somewhere. I went to quick lane in Bethlehem and always their superb customer service is just awesome all time. Scott went above and beyond to assist me. It was late to get things done for tomorrow. I just need to mention, I purchased my Yukon at Akins. My vehicle only goes to Akins or quick lane in Bethlehem. At Akins, I have been told by several service advisors, this is a Ford dealer. I have been told all they gone do is take to chevy. I should just take it myself. I am always having to remind them I purchased it there. Let me say, my Ford vehicles are never handled like this. However, my daughter struggles with the Volkswagon purchased at Akins and my Denali. I purchase the warranties for all the vehicles. Also to be fair not all my experiences are negative. Nevertheless, if I have a choice I will always choose Quick Lane in Bethlehem. They understand I do not know nothing about cars. They never minimize my concerns and always give me facts so I could make an educated decision where my passengers and I are safe. However, the set back is that all warrenty and/or some work has to be do at Akins or Chevy. Thank you for hearing me out.
My experience was excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and diligent.
Bobby did a great job. However one of the porters lost my key. Bobby had it replaced at no cost to me which I appreciate. However, I still waited an hour for them to look for tge key and had to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle once the new key came in and was programmed. Again, I think Bobby did everything he could well.
