Ms Roe had a desire to deliver exceptional service but lacked updated knowledge of Ford programs. I brought my vehicle in based on a non functioning back up camera. I had a specific service letter from Ford Corporate advising that the camera would be replaced without charge following inspection. After 3 days, Ms Roe contacted me to advise that I needed a new camera at a cost of about $750. She seemed surprised that the camera was the entire reason for the service and was not aware of the Ford authorized program. Camera not replaced and still not functioning. I don’t fault Ms Roe. She needs better in house communication of existing service programs.

I purchased wheels & tires from wild willies & after 5 return visits for the same thing I made all the calls no one contacted me. I had to get multiple rides,my wife went & sat 9hrs on 3 visits I finally went to get & wasn't left out after I got another ride up there it was locked in the fence unable to get.not what we agreed on so that means I had get another ride the next day finally when I got the truck still issue,right before I got home the sensors started reading I thought I can't do this anymore I called manager to let him know that I should be good I really didn't have a first time experience I love my new wheels & tires but was exhausted with what I had to go thru to get them

We took our car in for heads up display not working and would not power on at interment times. Service center kept the car over a week and picked the car up and the next day the screens goes blank again. Feeling annoyed. Service guy said they did recreate the problem one time but couldn’t find a reason for the power failure. Rudy the service person did contact us several times along the way and was going to try and get a screen replacement if he was allowed him to but when we picked up the vehicle the service tech didn’t see were the screen was replaced. And the problem is still there. This screen tells you speed, fuel level, doors opens, gear your in etc.. Without it your guessing on everything.

Vanessa was my service advisor from the first call I made about bringing my vehicle in to have it inspected to the time that I left, she kept me update and answered any questions I had. She's very pleasant to talk to and highly recommend anyone going to Akins Ford
