Anastasia did a good job and was helpful. She did research to solve the problem with my cars Bluetooth. It isn’t solved yet, but we have a direction to go.

Anastasia made the entire interaction so easy, and she was the sweetest. I get anxious going into places dealing with my car, but she made the whole experience so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for future service needs because of how awesome she was with customer experience and just kindness.

I wasn’t sure what to expect today but I was pleasantly surprised with the service center, snacks and coffee. The staff were highly professional and answered all my questions.

I already talked to a supervisor down at the Visalia Kia about the problem I had. Hopefully it was resolved I wasn't impressed with the service or the professionalism or kindness of the clerk that I had at my oil change appointment. I'm not sure. I think her name was Anastasia. She was not friendly at all. I will continue to go to another Kia for service because I was not happy of the service I got there
