Sat for 2.5 hours after having an appointment at 11am for an oil change. My truck didn’t move for 2.5 house so I asked for my keys and left and got it done at Jiffy Lube
I never received confirmation of my appointment, called ahead to be sure I was scheduled. Due to system issues, I'm not sure if I was actually scheduled but was told to come in. My appointment took 3hrs for a routine oil change, but I know things happen. Micheal H was apologetic and accommodating which I appreciate. I am still overall happy with my visit and have never had a bad experience with servicing my vehicle at this location. Thank you !

Pierce was very polite, very thorough in his explanation of the problems my car was experiencing. I was at the service department for over 6 hrs...not sure why technician took so long, but that wasn't on Pierce.
