William “Skip” was personable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and a straight talker. He treated me with respect, and he knows my car. Toyota needs more like him.

Once I got in my car I noticed a Smudged hand print on my seat covers and my car ended up not getting washed.

Two things. First I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and waited for two hours for service to be completed. Can you manage your schedule to better time a 15 minute procedure? Second, I have not received any evidence that a multi point inspection was completed. Nothing came in text or email.

Too long of wait time almost 3 hours for oil change,& sat in drive for 30 minutes before anyone checked me in to register, 11am appt , left almost 2 pm
