I scheduled ahead of time to ensure recall parts were on hand, and wanted oil change, when i arrived today and checked-in I was told they have everything and it would take 4 hours. I told him good then I would be waiting there. Five and a half hours later I'm told they didn't not complete all the recall work ..and charged me $29 more to rotate tires? No, I don't plan to return to Clearwater Toyota again.
