I want to thank Michael. I came in with questions cause the new online appointment said I had an amount to pay. He was so efficient explaining everything to and got everything I needed taken care of. Never had a bad experience here and Michael kept that going.

I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change, which turned out to be a tire rotation as well. It took more then 2 hrs. This seems a little long wait time for such a simple maintenance.

I was promised a 60-minute turnaround when I made the appointment for a standard oil change. Upon arrivalI ten minutes early for my 9:30 appointment, I was assured of a 60-90 minute service. I needed to be out of your facility by 11:00am to make it to another appointment. At 10:57 am, I received the very impersonal report via text. There was no opportunity to discuss the report with anyone. It was 11:20 before I could pay the bill and pick up my car. I was late for my next appointment.

It appears that the wheel alignment was done well however I made the mistake of allowing my car to be washed. Apparently you don’t use softened water and there were water spots all over my windows and car body requiring me to wash it at home

I had an appointment at 8AM for oil change, r front tire losing air and wash my truck. At around 10:15 I went to the rep and asked him how much longer and he knew I was upset. He came back to me and stated that it would be about another 20 minutes before it was done. Also they found another tire had a nail in it. For the cost of $36.00 which I told him I could not afford. I didn't get my truck until after 11:30. This us not acceptable I had no idea that this would take so long. This took up a good part of my day. I won't bring my truck back there for service (I leased from you). I had no idea that my bill would be $158.00 until right before I got the truck back. I was never told there was a charge for the oil change. My truck was still under warranty it has a little over 22,000 miles. He stated that he cancelled the car wash. I dont no why my truck took so long to service!I told the rep I was really disappointed that I waited there for my truck that long. It ruined my whole day as I had to leave my dog hone alone for that amount of time. I had lots of errands to do and wasn't able to complete any. So I'm not a satisfied customer.
