I was disappointed that at after I paid my invoice and left I did not utilize coupons that I had received in a email from the dealership. It should be a common courtesy at checkout for the individual closing the tab to ask customers if they have any coupons they’d like to use. It’s a no brainer that dealership services are marked up higher than other places and I still have paid my hard earned money to support this dealership because I trust that you know the Toyota brand better and know what is best for my vehicle. I also requested a courtesy car wash that left my vehicle more spotty from the soap residue. Clearly it was just ran through the wash with no attempt to wipe it down. I wasn’t expecting a full detailed car wash but at least something to make the outside more presentable. Customers that choose dealerships for their services do it for the trust and quality and this visit did not exemplify that. I understand the times right now with the economy and struggle of staff shortages but company’s still need to attempt to make the customer experience top notch.
