I ask that my tire pressure be checked and when I picked my vehicle up it was still saying low tire pressure… ladies in office were very nice but disappointed in techs work or lack of work on my car…

When I got my car back; the key fob that unlocks the doors was broken. It was not broken before I took it in for service. They refused to do anything about replacing it. The manager was in his office trying to get things done so he could leave early and would not even discuss it. I have always gotten good service from Ford until now. I am very disappointed.

Overall, not bad. Given the nature of your new “system” what was supposed to take an hour, took 2.5 hours. I get that new systems will come with kinks, but I would have taken a slower approach and implemented the new system as you move forward. Also, with the hike in prices means I will most likely have to find another provider. I do like the staff and the various women who helped me today were very nice and extremely helpful.

Well we weren’t pleased overall. We were quoted an hour wait for the service and it took 2 hours. Then staff was rude when asked about much longer and we didn’t appreciate it.

Pre-scheduled an appointment to have a 00,000 mile service and realized half a day into the process. There was gonna be a three hour delay waiting on spark plugs. Absolutely unacceptable now I have to go back at a later date to put the spark plugs on which cost me more money because I wasn’t expecting to stay there all day for a half day job. instead, I show back up to the dealership for them to tell me that they should have called me and told me that they are waiting on spark plugs that it would be 3 o’clock instead of noon so there should be better communication

Yes and no. Cindy was great, it just took 6 days to get results. Oil change, tire rotation. Wiper pump gone bad, and a rattle under the chassis. 6 days later the results were outstanding. Sounds like staffing problems and parts availability. But service was good.

First of all when I called about the vehicle I was transferred to service and stayed on line until it hangs up on me . Then then next time I did talked to someone which was on the 29th may I was told that it’s the wiring harness after being told it was the ficm at first so I said fine thinking they would go ahead and fix it today I called and was told that I had told them I would take it somewhere else and I never said that and also today I told them about the front end tires are doing the same way as before being fixed twice at your dealership and if you look I have used the dealership for many years but lately I am not liking it just to be honest
