The lady inside shop had a bad attitude. And so did an older shop mx man.
When you walked into the shop to get into the shop office, it smelled like cigarettes so bad I could not breathe. I would not come back to this shop
Or dealership. Nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I don't like part changes,when no need for it, that's can become pretty expensive.

The only thing is, the guys need to make sure they put every thing back to get properly. My back panel was not popped in completely and they left the cover off my battery. But it looks like the job was done and the camera is working fi e as of right now. Thanks so much.

Charlie greeted me in the service writer's area. After he confirmed my scheduled service he directed me to the customer waiting area. He informed me of recall on my vehicle, informed me the parts were available and proceed to have the repairs made. He was very professional and courteous.
