Thank you Jr. And Jamie for all your help in getting me my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. You guys provided me with options, some of which I was unaware of in getting my vehicle repaired. They were thoughtful, professional and above all very caring. The mechanic even took the time to explain what was broken on my engine. With this type of service it puts a customer at ease and makes them feel confident the work gets done right. I will for sure spread the word in my small community about my experience with Fin Ford. Jamie is great the mechanics need to improve always issues when I pick up my vehicles. This time a module plug in left unplugged last time battery cables not tightened correctly a broken dipstick and a tool stolen.

For domestic reason yet discovered, the replaced door lock actuator still does not work. Research I did mentions a wiring or fuse issue. Otherwise, I appreciated the courtesy and the successful repairs

I have had to make numerous trips because of bad parts, bad workmanship, broke parts but would not restore to the way it was before broken, did not have the equipment needed to align my vehicle. In short, I wish I had never come to ****. Everytime I have to come back to **** for more bad repairs, it costs me 50 miles worth of fuel, wear and tear, and wasted time. You say you will contact me. For what? Will you program my control module the way it wS when I brought it to **** with no problems? Will you give me something for travel and lost time? How many more trips will I have to make? Hopefully NONE because I will never do business with **** again.
