I can't afford to have my car repaired. They want 1,500 dollars to repair it. I am on social security and I can afford only $1,000. I wish they had a loyalty program. I've bought my last 5 cars from them.

Great customer service and great smile. Very knowledgeable and customer driven. Communication while waiting on parts and while other services are pendingcould use some improvement, I had to call or txt to keep the loop. Overall best service & customer advocate I have ever had. He broke everything down for me and made me feel included and made sure I understood.

I am very pleased with my experience at **** Ford. When the issue came up with my wife's Expedition, I brought it in and was told exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed, in detail. I was then told the process they used to diagnose and fix the issue. I've never received this much detail from a mechanic or service technician ever in my life. Pretty awesome and I really appreciate it.
