Service was quick and enabled me to get on with my day.
My tire pressure gauge warning came on after my service . I called the service dept. Excuses for that happening were given . I checked the tires to see if they were filled and researched the issue . It turns out that recalibration is often required after tire rotation . I followed on line directions to do that . I let the service manager know of the issue and he was very appreciate of my feedback and would be letting the service techs know what they should be doing .
Rhett and the rest of the service team were friendly and professional. The first service for our new Passport was quick and painless, even with the dealership currently under construction. Thank you!

Customer pay shop supplies for repair order,$7.75! What was repaired? Unheard off! American greed at work’ , and we bought the vehicle from you! Coupon says $69.95, doesn’t mention this bogus pay shop supplies to be added! What pay shop supplies did you use! A wrench ! Brake fluid flush needed’ ! Never heard of replacing brake fluid! ! Aside from that, service was great !

Eric Chandler and the team did a fine job with fixing the loose rubber gasket seal on my driver door. They also replaced the tires and provided the alignment. I was grateful to be able to use a coupon to save some money. I also especially was thankful that one of their team members, Steve, was able to take me to my church’s coffee shop so that I could work while the repairs were being made, and then he came and got me when the car was ready for pick up.
Steve Miller was a superb agent and I hope to have the pleasure of working with him again!
