Jarrod is always helpful and has a pleasant personality. He is always as to how long we may have to wait and if longer he makes sure we are comfortable or if we need anything. It is always a pleasure to work with Jarrod when we need maintenance

The “recall” for my CRV was completed as promised. I did have a chuckle regarding the completion. I got a text sometime in the late morning telling me to expect completion around 2:00 PM. I received a text T 2:03 PM that my car was ready.
