Always a pleasure dealing with Vatland Honda. As a Canadian I have dealt with John previously when I come in to have my car fluids, tires etc checked before I head north. I tell my dealership back home how much I enjoy your staff - from the service people to the staff at the coffee bar. Have been driving Honda CRV’s for 25 years even though I do test drive other cars to compare. I find them dependable and safe in the worst weather and I’ve certainly had my share driving back & forth over the years.

Everything was good with John, but the up-selling became annoying after a while. It's also a little scamming saying no labor charge installing a filter but charging 3X what a premium filter costs elsewhere
