I called yesterday for a quote on services, and John called me back quickly with an answer; we then made an appointment. He suggested another service, which I agreed to. The work was done within a few hours and I received a call that my car was finished. John is a professional and personable representative for Vatland. It was a very good experience.

Today, Toby White, and I’m sure in consultation with management redefine for me what excellent customer service at a car dealership is all about. Mr White listen carefully about the difficulties we were having with our radio. Informed me that there would be a diagnostic fee and he would get back to us shortly. After a few hours, I received a call from Mr. White explaining that the radio was pulled from the dash and certain wiring was not adjusted properly after a recall event that happened a few years ago. The issue was corrected, and the car was ready for pick up and that there would be no charge. That type of care for a customer, there is only one word for it OUTSTANDING!
Dave was great. He explained and followed up just as he said he would do.

Very good service. We have owned Hondas before, but this is my first lease. The maintenance light came on, so I scheduled an oil change. They did that, a tire rotation, and took care of a recall item. They completed work in a timely manner, and Jarrod was very nice and professional.

Toby was incredible as well as your service department. They reinstalled my splash guard or skid plate at no charge. The screws and securing hardware had vibrated off or something, it was all in one piece and they put it back on!
Toby was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway possible. He gave you the confidence that Vatland would be thorough in their analysis of the vehicle.
