David did his job well He delivered the vehicle to me on time and the error message code was gone. He also did the factory recall update as well

John was pleasant, explained everything including costs thoroughly. His time estimates were accurate. While I did purchase services I hadn't intended, I didn't feel pushed but that the services were due and could be done now or at another time if I wanted.

Nice and knowledgeable. The prices are ridiculous but that's not his fault. Also having signs that it might take longer due to a lack of employees should tell you that you're not paying them enough. There are plenty of mechanics, show them that they're valued
