Previous service created tire noise. Tires changed. Noise reduced.
Excellent service once again !
I’ve had a message come on the dash every time I turn the car off. “Update available see owners manual “. I mentioned it last time I was there to get an oil change and they said they didn’t see the message. it still was there yesterday. He said he took care of it. The message still appears. What is going on?

In my opinion, the amount of time it took for an oil change, 1/2 rotation and battery replacement was far too long.
Still think battery should have been prorated per info about Honsa Civic.
Everything was great. I feel confident in the work you do on my car, and appreciate all the extra considerations (coffee and cookies, comfy chairs in the waiting area, and even a quick ride to the nearby Chili's for lunch so I didn't get caught in the rain).John has been a consistent ally as I keep my 2013 Honda on the road!
Madison was very personable and efficient in her work. She made the process a breeze and helpfully suggested additional work to be completed (an alignment, which I was glad to do to preserve the tires). Great service agent. Another credit to the Vatland Honda employee corps: who have always been nice and not pushy and very professional. A far cry from other area dealership staff (for example, VB Toyota which is awful, etc). Look forward to working with Madison in the future, as Vatland Honda so outstanding that I am happy to be there!

Toby is a top notch service advisor. He goes above & beyond with clear communication & expectations. While my vehicle was being serviced, he texted that I needed a battery. He was able to get that battery replaced before I picked up. Thank you, Toby for an amazing service.
