It has never ever had a functioning AC and regardless of how many times it’s been to be examined it is never been corrected. He was compassionate and offered hope.
I brought my car in because the bumper was damaged. I elected to postpone buying the parts for repair and Toby offered to just have them tape the bumper as a temporary fix. I waited 2.5 hours for three strands of duct tape. Clearly my time was not considered valuable. Toby was and has always been great. He ended up taping the bumper for me so I could get on with my day.
