I get a new Honda CR-V last year I have 7 thousand miles on it I had my first a flat tire on the highway. When we change it it had a plug in it the guy said it was fixed before. I said it could not be I never fixed it when I went for an oil change couple days later I spoke to your branch manager. I said I never fixed the tire before I got the car with used tires. He called me a liar he said they didn’t do and he can’t guarantee that I’ll new tires with my new car. So he will not give the money to the new tire that I had to buy to get home. I will be calling Honda and consumer services.

Our “advisor” first told my husband that it needed an oil change, like he had to pay for it! So my husband told him no it’s covered. He told my husband he must’ve typed in the number wrong. Then he tried to tell him that the fluid levels needed to be checked, like he had to pay for it! So, my husband told him no that’s covered! Then he told my husband that he didn’t scroll down far enough! Our car is fully pre-certified, and we are not supposed to pay for any maintenance things like that for seven years!
All he had to do was look at our service contract, and all the information is right there. He should have known without us having to tell him that. That was the whole reason for our service maintenance visit after the first year! Finally, he got it all together, and other than that, the service was great!!
