He put forth extra effort in several ways including calling my Honda service in Delaware for details on my last service and making sure my front car seat floor was vacuumed!

My van was taken in as soon as I arrived and the service department was very courteous, kind and professional. The service was completed in a timely manner and I was kept up to date in the process all along.

There seems to be a lack of communication within the service department, 2 examples
First I had scheduled appointment that Vatland had me reschedule because recalls were no longer completed on a Saturday. When setup the scheduler sgreed that my wait time would be about two hours. When I showed for the new appointment I was originally told car would not ready until 3, 8 hours. After discussion with Service Mgr recall was completed in two hrs.
Second example, My wife needed to get new electronic key. She was given 3 different costs. 1, called to inquire
To cost and when. 2 called back to schedule got different cost. 3. Brought car in got a third cost when completed.
Jarrod was a pro, very personable. Enjoyed doing business with him.

Three was a pile of chalky sand and gravel on the floor of the driver’s side of my car whenI picked it up. This has never happened before and is certainly not up to the high standards I have come to expect from the service team.
I dumped it from the floor mat when I got home and hosed it off. Then I had to scrub it with a brush. I don’t know what it was or where it came from because the dealership is so clean.

The service seemed to be fixed easily and well. Thank you. My dad had to pick up the car for me though so I didn’t find out until the next day as I’m about to leave my house with three young kids that all my car seats had been unbuckled and moved around. I’m assuming the only reason that was done is because it absolutely had to be done to complete the service otherwise my car seats should not have been touched. As a courtesy I would appreciate when you call to say my car is ready that you give me (or any parent) a heads up that you have moved and unbuckled their car seats so they can plan accordingly. It is not easy to watch three kids safely in a garage/parking lot while buckling their car seats in correctly.
The one assigned for my car today was excellent, thorough and professional. No delays .
John is always very professional and informative and takes the time to explain what has been completed on my vehicle.

I will not be doing another survey.
