Michael was professional and addresses the issue I came in with efficiently. He kept me informed through the process and went the extra mile directing me to his manager who was able to answer questions I had regarding an extended warranty. Both gentlemen were helpful and upbeat
Took the time to see if my tire issue was under warranty. Would like to have him the next time I need my car serviced.
Everyone treated me extremely well from the time I dropped the car off to the time I picked it up. John did a great job of summarizing what was to be done and what I’ll need in the future. He also coordinated transportation to and from my home which was a huge help. I also want to thank the nice woman who served coffee and cookies this morning. Everyone I met was extremely nice and welcoming. And thanks very much to the gentleman who drove me to and from my home.

Jerod Jenkins, where's awesome? Put my experience in Honda was not what was supposed to take. 2 hours took 6 and a 1/2 hours. Not even up offer to ride me home.
They did not have the tool to put the SRS in. They had to go to a different dealership to get the tool. My experience was very unpleasant.
Tire valve caps were missing on all tires , doesn’t give me a sure feeling of confidence!

I feel John could have communicated with me more regarding the status of my car while in the shop from Friday 10/13 at 7:30a until today at 3p. There also was not communication with Sarah that I took my car in on Friday am instead of the scheduled appointment for Monday 10/16. Sarah called me late Monday afternoon regarding I assume why I had not yet brought my car in. This also made me realize I had not heard from John since early morning. I was expecting my car to be finished on Monday. I then called John regarding the status of my car. Additionally on Monday am he could have told me I needed new tires instead of yesterday.
Vatland Honda and Kevin could not have been more helpful. I will never take my car for service anywhere else.
However, I am concerned that this is the second time I’ve had to have my car towed due to a dead battery. The first battery was 5 years old, so its demise is understandable. This event occurred with a battery only 2-years old and gave no warning. Is Honda using less than first quality batteries?
