Michael found a damaged splash shield when doing the oil change. It needed to be changed to protect the oil pan.

Kevin did keep me informed of progress,honda did not send additional tooling for recall part,that also took two weeks to finsh,15 days,but Kevin kept informed of progress,I wish honda had more people like himself,that actually still care care about honda quality!!!call ****-****-xxxx to talk to me!

This was my first visit to Vatland and it was amazing. The excellent service provided by Kevin and gang was first class. Work being done was made clear as well as pricing. On top of that the waiting area with free coffee and cookies really made this a top notch experience. Barbara was the perfect hostess. I have only been in Florida for one year and so glad I have discovered Vatland. You have a new long term customer.

Michael did a great job juggling all that goes on in the busy service area! He gave me all the information I needed & suggested options. All went well & they fixed the dashboard screen where I hit some wrong button! Thanks so much!
