When I called to make my appt I was told by a woman she’d look into my maintenance plan and call me back and let me know if I had anymore oil changes, etc. I gave her the info on car mileage, etc. she called me back and told me I had 1 more oil change and two tire rotations left. When I went in today to have oil change I was charged for the oil change. And told I didn’t have any oil changes on my plan yet. If she doesn’t know what she is talking about. She probably shouldn’t be giving information out.

Service was fine. Person who talked to me initially didn't introduce himself and didn't point out that I might have been more comfortable in the lounge. In fact, he pretty much ignored me.

Appointment was for 1:30pm, was told it should be ready by 2:30 and it was more like 3:30 almost 2 hours instead of 1 hour, also I have an orange indicator light on that I have no idea why it’s on and now I will have come in next Saturday for them to turn it off, other than that, my car feels like a new care.
