John was very thorough with his explanations about what was needed and was not needed to properly maintain my car. He also went over the prices but did not press me to have anything done that could wait until the next maintenance visit. Courteous, knowledgeable, and polite.

You should ask if a customer has coupons before the service. I presented my coupon when payment was due and was told that I could not use it. It had to be presented before the payment was made.
I do not like having to pay a service charge for using a credit card.
