We had a new alternator installed 12.23/2023 and a new battery put in January 3rd. Today 2/14/2024 I’m told the battery isn’t performing properly. It “may” cost $45/$50 if it needs a recharge, $0 if it needs to be replaced. It’s a new battery. It was installed 6 weeks ago! Should not cost us anything. My husband is going to call the service advisor. Thank goodness he knows vehicles.

Honda person broke my rear view mirror when placing the service number ticket. I am not happy as I cannot bring back the car until my return 2 months later. Back on May 1st. The Honda people are ordering a the part. I went in for a Honda Recall and came out with a busted rear view mirror.
