Michael did a great job of turning a lemon into lemonade with my service
Michael was very busy and I didn't have an appointment. I got a bolt stuck in my tire. He was very kind and told me that it may take some time to get my tire fixed because they had to go through my warranty plan. It took about 4 hours to do. Michael texted me when my car was finished. He was with a customer when I arrived, so he gave my paperwork to someone else to check me out so I wouldn't have to wait. He was thoughtful, considerate, and patient with me. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
