John did a great job taking care of me and my car. The issue I have is that your debit card reader rejected my debit card three times. It appeared as if the card reader was compromised. My bank called me to ask if the card should be canceled. I ended up paying 3% more because I had to use a credit card because of your faulty card reader. Vatland needs to fix this. Thank you

Mr White is professional, congenial, committed to service and an excellent communicator. The Service Manager, Mr. Lin Mowery willingly offered his assistance to check my Honda Extended Warranty as well as filing a claim notice to my car insurance “mechanical breakdown” policy. As a result of the service and courtesy of both gentlemen, I will always use Vatland Honda Auto Group.

I was scheduled for 145 and waited 30 minutes after that to get greeted by Toby. Meanwhile, there was plenty of other people that I believe could’ve helped me because they didn’t seem like they were working on anything. I’m hoping for a better experience next time because I’m a fan of Honda and I expect to buy another Honda soon..

Honda does a thorough job of detailing and suggesting everything that your car needs to run efficiently. I didn't realize my car's fluids would deplete when my oil change wasn't required yet. I've been a Honda customer for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed by any one of them. Their entire staff are very nice too! Thank you Toby White for all your time and patience with me.
