My appointment is for Saturday, but I get a text saying my vehicle is ready on Monday, the same day I confirmed my appointment for this coming Saturday. I’m concerned why I’m getting such messages when no service has been provided.

Absolutely, you can’t believe how patient Michael was … my phone & technology skills are terrible but he gave me all the information I needed. Explaining options & prices. I wasn’t able to see the email updates & they did find that I needed transmission & brake fluid s. So he called to update me, I wasn’t surprised because of the mileage. Thankful that everything could be done at this visit. Every one is very helpful with me & my walker also!!!

Came in with 2020 Accord sport 4 cyl. Seven "see dealer" messages popped up on dash. Tech states there is a misfire happening with the engine, possible fuel injector issue. Can't fix the issue because no codes pop up on his computer when running diagnostics,yet states clearly on the paperwork and from his mouth there is a problem with the engine or fuel injectors regarding the misfires of the engine. So, dash error lights are reset. I was told they can't fix the misfire in the engine until the issue pops up again on MY end, and I bring it back in, and hopefully the codes show something. It's been sputtering on throttle, vehicle shimmies on cold start, which when I came to pick the vehicle up I had a tech with me to show him what was happening. He agreed as he seen what the car did, got his diagnostics computer AGAIN, and said no codes are popping up, they can't issue a fix due to the lack of no codes on screen. I asked, why did all the error messages pop up on screen? His response was, "I dont know, there were no codes".. Sounds like a computer issue, or a battery issue to me. Has the battery been tested? I don't know he said. Can we test the battery, I asked? Gentleman comes out with a battery tester, tests the battery, shows me the diagnostics that the battery is bad. Purchase new battery for 300+ dollars on top of a 3% surcharge for using my credit card along with a 120+ dollar charge for diagnostics that showed an engine misfire also stating possible fuel injector issue, but no fix.. Am I happy with the service. Absolutely not. Do I feel like I'm being taken for a ride and nobody wants to fix my vehicle with only 45k miles that's under warranty on top of the other extended warranties I purchased for this vehicle? Absolutely.. I'm beyond angry about my experience. I feel as if I didn't bring up the possible battery issue, I would have been on the side of the road. As nice and patient as everyone was, nobody was willing to address the real issue with the vehicle because there was "no code" to send to Master Tech for an approval for a fix. Unbelievable..
