I was disappointed that though I had an appointment for an oil change and basic car wash that I thought would only take a couple hours-I was at the dealership for 3 and 1/2 hours. I was not made aware that it was going to take that long or I would have had made other arrangements. Michael did apologize but I wasn’t happy when I left. Michael called me later that day to offer a deluxe car wash for a time in the future of my choosing to help make up for the inconvenience. I accepted this offer and felt better about my experience at Vatland Honda.
Lon helped me with my initial call which was very much appreciated. He
gave me all the information I needed to handle the problem.

Your Rep.Mike was very easy to understand and explained the before process and the result of what was serviced on my vehicle. He also gave a detailed list of what still needs to be serviced. I do like this approach of letting the customer know what should be addressed now and what can wait until the next service call.
