Can’t believe a car with only 70k miles needed a valve cover gasket.Parts department had 30 + kits in stock. Obvious a common problem with Honda. To bad Honda wouldn’t pick up the tab

This was my first service appointment after purchasing my Pilot. My oil change was free. Tire rotation was done, and Jarrod Jenkins also recommended replacing a filter. He kept me informed on the progress while my vehicle was being serviced and answered questions I had. He was very professional and did not pressure me to have anything done that wasn’t necessary. Service was completed within an hour, which was exactly how long I was told it would take. I was very satisfied

I was very happy with David but not happy with the rest of the dealership. I had to come twice to get the proper amount of air in my tires and the light kept going off and it was not being reset after the task was completed.
