Every part of my service with Michael was excellent; from being checked in, given an estimate, updated on status and the work itself. I especially liked being walked to my car at the end, despite that he had many other customers to attend to, and looked at the paint job with me. Thank you!

Missing a car wash John was great. Sara wanted to save me money by not doing the oil, but I had 3000 mile trip planned. She did not understand my willingness to do early. The other rep did a great job setting my phone as primary All and all good. Honda has a poor design for windshield washing and expensive to replace One of the best cars in 50 yrs and 20 cars that I have owned. Why not give a wash voucher?

Too many text requests for surveys! The fact that I keep returning and ask specifically for Toby should be confirmation of my satisfaction. If I have a complaint, I know the channels to take. Please stop surveying me multiple times after each visit. It’s annoying. Plus, the fact that you won’t reply to this is further evidence of the insignificant this exercise.
