Awesome customer service experience
Vatland was very unsatisfactory in terms of timing with my service. Vatland guaranteed my vehicle would be ready by noon and it was done much closer to 3pm. Upon arrival our representative informed me that he “didn’t know where my vehicle was” ultimately it was out for a test drive but that was not shared until asking several times and mid conversation he made a phone call. Overall this was an incredibly unpleasant experience and I would not return.
The whole staff were very nice. The atmosphere was calm considering the renovation that is underway. I'm actually returning March 10 to the location for additional work on my car. I'm looking forward to visiting the site again.
Just changed my break pads and realized they stripped the lugs my last visit. Lugs were loose. Considering finding another place to assist with car maintenance. I used to go to another Honda dealership when I was in NC and in Cape Coral, Fl. Clearly they are all not the same quality. Vatland does not meet the same standards.
Did not top off fluids & I was completely out of windshield washer...Glad it wasn't water heater! Come on guys- you are not cheap- so act like it!!! I ONLY used this service center out of convenience but not sure I will trust you again. I have not had good experience with the service center in Vero, Vatland, for a couple years now & it is sad...because I want to support my community but you make it impossible!!

My tires were so low, I had to stop and have them filled. The tire gauge was on and also the picture of a wrench that was never mentioned.The man that took all of my information was super. I highly recommend him for very thorough and pleasant service.
Middle rear seat belt is missing a fastener clip. Steve said mechanic said there was no problem. He brought me back to see the mechanic and I had to show him what was wrong. The mechanic had to look at another crv to see what I was talking about. Then he looked at my car again and said second clip was pushed back way into the ceiling. It looks to me like it is a manufacture defect since I had never used the belt before. I have an appt on March 18 to have it fixed and I expect not pay to have a manufacture defect fixed.
John is great. He's a nice guy, efficient, customer-focused, professional, informative, an all-around good representative for Vatland Honda.

I went in thinking I just needed air in my tire and actually had a screw embedded the crew were very concerned took me immediately and in an hour I was back out and on my way thank you Vatland and your whole service crew!
