Last service my rear brakes were at 3mm but latest they were at 8mm. But I havent done any service in between. Hmmm... my brake wear seems random. I'll send you a copy of past services. Most def erodes trust.
I understand that the braking noise I could hear was undiagnosable by the service tech but the $175 to investigate the possible source, to no avail, seems pretty high. It's not a Ferrari, it's a Prius.

I get my car serviced when required at Toyota of Puyallup every time. Each time I come, I am greeted with a smile and friendly service - such as the case when I came in on 9 October 2024. This time I was greeted by Bret Rochester, when he pulled me out of line to help the next customer. His demeanor and the concern he expressed for myself and my car was unique and satisfying. It is the quality and comfort I receive when I bring in my car for service each and every time - it’s that trust exhibited. I also got to meet the owner of Toyota of Puyallup, Ms Kerry, who is equally as wonderful as the service they provide. Thanks again everyone, you all are great!

I trust that the maintenance performed on my vehicle was done to a high standard. Front desk associate was very professional and helpful. My only complaint would be the consistent transfer of grime to the cabin of my vehicle ( door handle, shifter, steering wheel). Last visit it was door pull and seat surface.
