When I made the appt I specifically said what I had already done to diagnose the main problem. Apparently no one believed me and so the correct appointment wasn’t scheduled and the problem wasn’t fixed. The rest of the service was fine.

Great service and quick turnaround
All was very good, the service was faster than it had been in years. Unfortunately a TPMS light was on when I came in and was still on when I left. I returned and was told it would need to be another appointment. They should have noted the situation and addressed it with me before I left. Other than that, all was great.
Friendly and professional. Even the staff I ran into in the waiting area greeted me with a smile and acknowledged me. As someone that worked in customer service, that goes a long way. Your staff deserve some credit as the small things keep customers loyal.
