Bret Rochester was fantastic! He explained everything that came with my service. He never once talked down to me and he even came to me when my vehicle was done instead of just standing near the desk and calling my name. I never once felt rushed to gather my things. He also explained the details of the service report and what we should consider having done of for the next service.

Joesph was professional & courtesy providing eta & cost estimate. We spoke briefly about all five tire pressure sensors having been replaced in Nov. 2023 & then more work done in Apr. 2024, some kind of “adjustment “. After I got home I pondered over several questions, 1) why did the spare tire have a different code from the four tires & why did the sensor only just now Oct. 2024 make the alert light come on? Is there something else causing this issue? Time will tell. I’ve had my vehicle serviced @ your facility since 2011 & have been happy with all my service. Great, friendly, helpful staff has been my experience & today was the same.
