The only reason I drive from West Seattle to get my vehicle services at your location is because of the the stellar customer service. I have been a customer for 20 years. This last service was negative. I stayed an extra 1.5 hours at your shop because my vehicle was finished and apparently I missed them calling my name as I was waiting in house. I did not receive a call or a text (which I have received in the past). During the estimated time when I vehicle was ready I did make a pint to pay attention when services reps came out with paperwork. Only when I got up to get some water did I see my vehicle parked out front. I then went to check in the the rep told me he tried calling but only got a high pitched sound. I did not receive a missed call. Nor a text. Not an email. Additionally, instead of reviewing the multi-point inspection with me and the anticipated services needs for the future he referred me to “the paperwork”. Again, in the past the rep reviewed all the worked that was completed and next steps with me. I was very dissatisfied that the rep couldn’t problem solve to find me in the waiting area or to find a way to contact me when I my vehicle was ready (he didn’t remember me?!) I am also very disappointed that I didn’t received the service that I have become accustomed to at your location.

My New 2024 toyota TRD Pro (owned it for less than 6 months) has camera issues and there has not been a recall yet but i did provide the solution to my camera issue that other toyota owners have had aswell and they did not try to fix it at all! What was needed was a caliberation on camera, and they didnt even try that. Sat and waited 3 hours for them to tell me that they couldnt do anything to try to fix it. Waste of time!!!
