Izabella is always a pleasure to work with. She has a positive attitude and is knowledgeable, or she takes me to someone who has greater expertise on a particular question that I may have. They have a good team there.
Continued got home with lights flashing. We don’t know why they are flashing what the purpose is etc. a technician should have been available to show us the product that we purchased very poor service.
Andrea was kind, calm and professional. She was mellow and informative.

I brought my car in when I had it serviced and reported a low tire pressure warning. They didn’t find the tire leak but when they rotated the tires the same tire showed low tire pressure and I brought the car in again and they still couldn’t diagnose the problem and the only resolution provided was to wait a few days and bring it in a third time
Jessica was very friendly and helpful. My service was completed in half the time that was originally estimated.We ha e had some very disappointing results trying to get our second key fob. Today was a much better experience. We've been Toyota of Puyallup customers for over 30 years.
Great service, like I remember. It had been a few years since I had my 4Runner serviced @ toyof Puyallup. I look forward to having more work done and maintain service, to keep me safe on the road. There is still more life in my 20+ yr old truck.

Good and timely service. Happy with results. However I think Enterprise kind of ripped me off by forcing me to purchase more gas than I used.

I was sad to hear you no longer vacuume or wash the cars after a service. I was told when I bought the car there that I would have a wash at any time for the life of my car. I have had Kennedy help me before and am always satisfied with her service. She is very knowledgeable but more important, she is kind and never pushy or rushed. I wish I could always have her help me. Give her a raise. Heeeeeee
Service was very courteous and helpful but when I got my quote for the water pump change I told them I had just replaced the belt a month ago. I did not ask for a belt but it was included in the quote. Spending $71 on something I had just changed is frustrating, especially when money is tight and $2200 is a lot of money. Also when I got the car home I checked the antifreeze reservoir and it was completely empty. It probably sucked it all up once it warmed up on the way home so it wasn’t warmed up enough in the shop or I should have been sent home with some antifreeze in case it needed topping off. When I dropped off the car, I even donated a full new bottle of antifreeze for the repair since I had it with me as my car had been leaking antifreeze. I had to go to the store to buy a $22 bottle of antifreeze just now this evening and fill it up. Not really something I wanted to do after spending $2200 for repairs.
Kennedy did a great job. She was thorough in explaining what was being done during my appointment, and answered all of my questions.
