Did not correct the problem
Not Elizabeth’s making, she explained that the technicians and office staff in on Saturday are specifically trained for express services only, basically oil changes and tire rotations and I would have to schedule an appointment to cover other concerns.
When I made appointment and named my concern, Toyota never pushed back or informed us of the limitations of “express service”. I’m only informed of fully qualified technicians and staff working all days that Toyota of Puyallup is open.
I was disappointed that Saturday is not a full service operation.

My vehicle was completely clean inside when I brought my SUV to you but when I received my vehicle the passenger inside door panel was dirty and there was pen marks on the white leather. I have tried to wash it but the pen marks do not come off. I am very disappointed and unhappy on the way my vehicle was delivered back to me.

When I made the appointment I specifically asked if the dealership worked with my fleet company because I wanted winter tires for my car along with the oil change and sun roof check bc it seemed to be leaking. I was told that the service and sunroof were free services but I stayed that I wanted to be sure that the fleet company could be invoiced as proof of having the service and so I could get the tires I need. When I brought my car on I was told you don't work with fleet companies. This is a hassle for me bc now the fleet company does not have the invoice and I have to make another appointment somewhere else to get my tires. Very unhappy with the inconvenience just so your dealership could get the $89 for servicing my car.
