The only complaint I got is. I had 3 different quotes for the same job.
I was scheduled for service but the service department was unable to do the work when I arrived and a second appointment needed to be made to do the necessary work. I was informed the person scheduling the appointment forgot to include all the work needed during the initial appointment thereby needing me to return for a second appointment.
I will be making an official complaint. The mechanic “guessed” at a diagnosis. My gut feeling told me to get a second opinion. The other shop diagnosed correctly and is now doing the work. I will be asking for my diagnosed money back…since he didn’t even come close to the problem.

I took the car in for the battery support recall. I asked the man at the counter to have someone put air in the spare tire. I also asked to have them add coolant. None of that was done but I was told it was when I picked up the car. I didn't check before I left Toyota but I just did now.
Front desk check in was 100% great service. All Three ladies did a great job. Check in, communication about fluids needing changed, loaner car, check out, and paying. The maintenance team checked off that they filled my wiper fluid and that was not filled. So it had me kind of concerned that if they couldn’t top off windshield wiper fluid what makes me think they did a proper job with the rest of my items done today?
Took in for recall waited 1 and a half hours for gal to say they need to order parts, seems to me they should of had parts there
Mechanics did not finish the job but I was charged full price. Had to finish the job myself at home. Lug nuts came right off no problem.
It was quick, smooth and great service.
I upgraded from a Mercedes SUV to Toyota because the Toyota service is unparalleled. They don’t treat you like some dumb sheep to be fleeced.

It wasn’t w Joseph but with how the chip protection was put on and left a few scratches . Being a brand new car it was frustrating. I also was disappointed w the car not being wiped down. Joseph was great. He texted and called when car was ready.
