You said the air filter and the cab filter needed replaced. The vehicle has under 15,000 miles On it. I took out the air filter when I got home and it still looks new, couldn’t even get any dust out of it by hitting it on my work bench or hit it with my air compressor. The glove box had not been disturbed so how did they check the cabin filter behind the glove box to determine it needed replacing. Not good guys!!

Jessica was great, awesome customer service and super friendly. As a long-time customer of your location, I’m just disappointed that the oil change reward program was done away with and today found out that the car wash add-on is also no longer an option. I feel like those things gave Puyallup an edge over Doxon or Burien, but now you guys are on-par with Doxon and Burien, so there’s nothing really “special” about heading to Puyallup anymore for services.

I had to wait for four hours for a simple service and oil change. When someone finally asked me in the waiting room what I was doing there I was told they tried calling me two hours ago. I was sat by the front desk so there is no way I missed my name being called.
