Everything seems fine. I just noticed my "maintenance requiremed" light wasn't reset. Other than that,job well done, and I'm happy the car wash, and cookies are back!

I think you’re quite fortunate to have Victor as a service advisor. I was a general manager for a while, and I know how difficult it is to find a good people ..you’re fortunate.

Victor was great. I would have been happier if my appointment was scheduled correctly. I scheduled online but also called and they said I had scheduled correctly. I also would have liked a review sheet showing how all systems were looking (Titus-Will gives a sheet with the car and colored boxes around it so you see if something needs immediate attention or an eye on it). The cost for checking service lights $100 per issue) seemed a bit excessive. My car was there from 8:15am until about 5:15pm, with me waiting for it to be completed at the end. Not horrible, but could have been a better experience overall. Victor was very nice, patient and explained things well to me.

I was made aware that there was either a software or system upgrade. I had scheduled two of mt vehicles for two separate dates and it there was no result of my profile in the new system. Luckily there was a slot open for oil change from what I originally scheduled for. Someone might want or need to run an audit when system is being change someway shape or form. I am thankful that I was still able to get an oil change. I haven't received my complimentary car wasg.

Hi just moved here from Hawaii, warning lights come , truck loses power So many thing going on from moving, stress, looking for Toyota dealer Found Puyallup ,had to plan just right .not enough time,befor picking up Grand kid from school ,my Phone reception bad drop calls drove to store Place is Packed ,Thought come back later.or call, walked in to front Desk ,Mr Hull ,was great help give me an appointment also got me alone Also Mr James was awesome ,recall repaired,????

This is the third instance in the past three trips to Toyota where my vehicle was finished, parked out front, and I waited more than 20 minutes for the service advisor to make contact with me. When one is already waiting upwards of an hour for the vehicle, to sit and watch your car sit in the front lot is frustrating. I understand up to 10 minutes, but 20+ seems ridiculous to me.

Wipers weren’t put on….had to wait for service writer to install. A mechanic didn’t come out to install them. So a service writer did the install for me. While I watched him install he unintentionally scratched the hood of my car with the zipper on his coat. He apologized and gave me some touch up paint so I could fix the damage he accidentally incurred. They were all very nice…. It not happy with how the experience went to say the least.

Toyota used to vacuum and washed the car but are not doing that anymore.

The rep was great. But, I’m pretty disappointed no cleaning was done. Even Kia vacuums out my daughter’s car during her servicing. I’ll probably take it to Tacoma Toyota next time.

The people at the business were amazing. Each one of them tried to help me. I walked in and told them of my situation. I had just took my mom in for surgery at the hospital and her wheelchair strap was caught in the back door latch and I could not get it opened. They tried to get it out but said it would need further maintenance. They got me an appointment at 1:00 that same day and were able to get the strap out of the door. I can now get my door opened and my mom got her wheelchair back. We bought the car from that dealership and I am very pleased with the service. Thank you!
