I did not receive the car wash with my oil change as requested. In the past, I have never had to pay for my oil changes, and was charged $109 without knowing that my “Toyota care ended last year”

Did not like having a person from the sales department try and buy and sell me a new vehicle while I was stuck in the waiting room. I watched as the sales person approached other patrons of you service department that looked uncomfortable.
I specifically asked to have tire pressure checked when I received my paperwork tire pressure was said to be 30 psi when I got in my truck tire pressure was 24 to 27 psi makes me wonder what else is looked over went home and set tire pressure myself

A tire rotation and 35k inspection should not take two hours if I schedule in advance.. You are overbooking your scheduled maintenance or letting walkings disrupt it. That was ridiculous.

I bought a maintenance contract and have been harassed not once but twice that my contract had expired. I was in for maintenance the 24th of February and had to argue that I have only used 2 of 5 maintenance services but service rep insisted my contract expired. He was reluctant to listen to my explanation and was rude.
