Had a long line waiting to check in for service, while 15 to 20 employees milled around. As as long-time customer, I can see the drop in service quality. People in line said the same thing. To top it off, they forgot to wash my car.
I have ALWAYS had positive experiences with your service department. However, yesterday I ran into a couple problems. I brought in my skid plate to see if it could be reattached (I called ahead to make sure it was OK). When I got the text that my car was ready I went to check out but they couldn’t find my keys. It took almost 15 minutes to locate them (they were tagged incorrectly). I had to leave immediately to get to another appointment so didn’t notice until an hour later that the skid plate was still in the back of my car. Uggh. All staff was very professional and friendly, still a frustrating experience. Thanks for listening. ????

I dropped my vehicle off for 2 concerns. One of which was a splash guard that was dragging, that they did replace for me, which I was satisfied with.
They did not address my concern about my passenger visor constantly rattling, they didn't even check it to see if it did, and they said nothing to me when I asked about it upon pickup.
I also left the dealer with a tpms light on for a tire with lower air pressure than the rest and felt they could have at least had the courtesy to fill it up to spec since the light was on.
Jake was nice and helpful with what my vehicle maintenance needed in the future. Everything is good except that the car wash attendant didn't wash my vehicle.
She is very sweet. Made me feel welcomed. I enjoyed her personal attentiveness. She’s really good at what she does!
Nic Galletti was professional and went beyond to help me in fixing an issue from another dealer. He, with help of Lori Daly, we’re able to resolve the issue and offered me a free rental car so I wouldn’t be displaced while the work was being performed on my vehicle.

Richard did an excellent job explaining what they had do e with my car and what the next steps would be.
Jessica was fantastic! Very personable. Very open about the fact she had just started there, so she was very open to asking questions to other coworkers. Jessica made this appointment enjoyable!
